This customer had a large deer dart out in front of their truck. we inspected the damage at their home and wrote the estimate back at the shop, a copy was sent off to the insurace company and the repairs were started. Although the insurance company specified the use of Aftermarket replacement parts, we did as always and price matched new oem chevrolet parts for only the highest quality repair possible. the end result is repair that is above industry and manufacturer standards and completely undetectable.
this customer was rear ended a few months ago and was just waiting for the right time to repair their vehicle. The damage looked minimal at first but a closer inspection revealed the rear body panel, quarter panel and floor all had heavy damage. what would have likely been a total loss if all panels were to be replaced, we sent to our frame shop to be pulled out on the frame rack. Once back here we carefully straightened everything out and refinished it to factory specifications. the result is a repair that is undetectable and goes beyond all manufacturer and industry standards.
We had this Subaru on the schedule to repair some scratches on a door when the customer called with bad news, they were rear ended and now had severe damage to the back of the car. We stopped by her workplace and made some temporary repairs to make the vehicle safe to drive until we could start the repair process with the insurance company. After the customer called in the claim, we worked with the insurance company through the repair process to make sure the vehicle was fixed correctly. an additional $3000 in damage was found above the insurance company's $1500 estimate. The customer is now back to driving the vehicle looking better than ever!
This buick owned by one of our local insurance agents was damaged in the recent tornado that came through Litchfield. the flying debris really did a number on this poor vehicle, the only panels not damaged were the hood and left fender! After the agent filed a claim, we took over and worked with the insurance company during the repair process. After nearly $7,000 in damage the vehicle is now back to like new condition!
